Axient is seeking Program Manager to support the 780th Test Squadron on the TMAS contract at Eglin AFB in Florida.The 780th Test Squadron is the Air Force's developmental test agency for air-to-air, air-to-ground and direct fire munitions.
What you will do...
Provide program management, to include the planning, design, provisioning, execution, and reporting of various training programs.
Review training objectives and analyze ETTC range resource capabilities to support program objectives and provide liaison between potential customers and the 96 Test Wing.
Assist customers to develop, integrate, and articulate strategies and operating concepts into Training Directives and Safety Appendixes associated with training missions and exercises.
Schedule and deconflict training events using 96 Test Wing (96 TW) Center Scheduling Enterprise (CSE); coordinate ETTC range resource support and oversee execution of training events on ETTC.
Conduct comprehensive financial management of programs to include preparation of Rough Order of Magnitude cost estimates and Statements of Capability, coordination of planning, financial and approval documents through Eglin information systems, and review of funding documents for compliance provide comprehensive management of customer funding through 96 TW financial management information systems.
Track program cost and schedule efficiencies, review expenditures for accuracy, and coordinate discrepancy resolution. Conduct financial reviews of assigned programs to analyze current and prior fiscal year expenditures for development of future FY budget requirements.
Prepare and deliver presentations such as briefings, training sessions, consultations, and strategy sessions with multiple staff service functions and support agencies, both inside and outside 96 TW, to secure cooperation, resolve sensitive issues, and convey information relative to proposed changes in assigned programs.
Skills you will need...
U.S. Citizenship is required.
Hold or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
Master'sdegree and 10 years of related work experience. Related work experience may be substituted for degree requirements.
Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong writing and communication skills required.
Experience in financial and program management, review, and analysis of complex projects highly desired.
Experience with the 96 Test Wing Test Process and execution of test/training missions using ETTC land and over water ranges, range resources, and restricted/warning airspace desired.
Experience working in AF organizations desired.
Working knowledge of 96 TW Information Systems including JOCAS, EVCAS, TWES, Livelink, and CSE desired.
Ability to work with diverse group of people, handling multiple projects at once.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Previous military experience, preferred in the local area.
Mission scheduling experience, CSE preferred.
Military range operations knowledge/experience, ETTC local area preferred.
